[fprint] deb - Package

Hi,
the web site states that libfprint is "Licensed as LGPL-2.1" and other parts 
are "licensed under the GNU GPL v2".
on the other hand, I would discourage building packages now, when libfprint is 
about to have/having a major API change/improvement (version 0.1.0), but has 
no stable version with that API yet.
