[fprint] AES3500 support

Dear friends,

Our longitude survey programme needs a plenty of fingerprint devices,
and we have a sensor AES3500-based model (08ff:5731) on target. Which
has a lot in stock in the market.

Unfortunately, it's unsupported by fprint, and listed at:
http://www.reactivated.net/fprint/wiki/Unsupported_devices#Authentec_AES3500.
And it says working in progress. How's that going then?

Where should we start, if we can figure out some time to contribute?
