[fprint] Feature Request?

Hi List,
I got one of those aes2501 devices in my tablett-pc(FujitsuSiemens
ST5112). With windows i am able to use it to scroll. I wanted to ask if
you know anything that would enable that under Linux. Is this in
development, exist it already?
I wonder where to search for something like this. I would think this
needs some kind of plugin for the fprintd in combination with a special
x11-driver.
Is there some developer who would like to spend some time on such a feature?
