[fprint] EgisTec fingerprint reader support in libfprint. (1c7a:0801)

Sorry, my English is not very good.
I have a notebook Lenovo V560 with Egistec fingerprint reader (1c7a:0801).
Several weeks I trying to find any information about using this
fingerprint reader under Linux. But found nothing except couple of very
old unanswered questions.
How can I help the developers to support this device has been included to
libfprint?

I have some experience of writing on C, but I never had to work with USB
at low level. I tried to write a driver myself, but I don't know which of
the existing drivers take as a basis for new driver.
