[fprint] Driver for VFS101: first enroll

Hi all,

i tried to continue the work of Ray (http://github.com/rayl/libfprint and
git://github.com/rayl/vfs101driver.git).

With the attached patch of the validity driver i have obtain my first enroll
with fprint_demo.

I wrote a primitive procedure to extract image from raw data but it's
completely to rewrite.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to write it ?

There is some limit of the code that i will to investigate:

- on my system the scan of finger image work only one time, after that i
need to restart fprint_demo application.

- verify often not match because the quality of extract image is low.

If somebody will test the patch, feedback and suggestion are welcome.
