[fprint] New fingerprint reader (DigitalPersona)

Hi Andreas. 

This fingerprint reader is reported already. It is not device form 
DigitalPersona, but from Validity Sensors Inc. Comunication with this sensor 
is encrypted, so it will be hard to develop driver without documentation... 
HP or Validity don't reply to any mail about this sensor...
