[fprint] comparaison without swiping a finger?

Hello,
in python i can compare or match a finger with others by  using some functions: verify_finger(fprint_data) or identify_finger(list of fprint data). Each time i need to swipe my finger.
Can we compare a fprint data with another one without swiping a finger?
Can we known the percentage/result of the comparaison? can we change the threshold?
