[fprint] Fedora fprintd packages don't work due to dbus errors

Hello,

I have just upgraded from F-10 and checked out the new fingerprint
hotness. Unfortunately, it does not work for me:

$ /usr/libexec/fprintd -t
Launching FprintObject

** ERROR **: Failed to get name: Connection ":1.109" is not allowed to
own the service "net.reactivated.Fprint" due to security policies in the
configuration file
aborting...
Aborted

I tried restarting dbus and rebooting the machine, but none of it
helped. Is it a bug or PEBKAC?
