[fprint] fprint testing

Hi all,
 
I am trying to test the fprint / NBIS on VC++. Do you have any
guidelines for this? I am looking for a single demo project that calls
MINDCT / BOZORTH,
for 2 image functions and returns comparison result. Any help would be
highly appreciated.
