[fprint] Lukas's libfprint wrapper

Hey Lukas,
About your swig bindings, attached is a __init__.py file to add to the
module dir so that python recognizes it as a package. Also, about the
package name (the dir name in site-packages), don't you think something such
as "pyfprint" would be a bit more appropriate than "libfprint"?
