With Qemu on my fedora 10 I've got installed AES2810 driver from lenovo site:
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/7wf114ww.exe
By mean of this script, I start qemu
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
#!/bin/bash
# to enable usb fingerprint, uncomment next line
#FingerPrint="-usbdevice host:08ff:2810"
# Alternatively from qemu monitor, you can
#type in this command:
# #(qemu) usb_add host:08ff:2810
/usr/bin/qemu -monitor stdio -boot c -m 512 -hda '/shared/qemu/Emuwin.qcow' -cdrom '/shared/isos/Windows-UEv7.iso' -net nic,vlan=0 -net user,vlan=0 -localtime -soundhw es1370 -k es -kernel-kqemu -usb ${FingerPrint}
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Starting usbmon, I've got attached trace.
Unfortunately, I've not (yet) got aes2810 working under qemu: Control panel says "device not properly installed", or worse, qemu crashes. Still working on int, but in the meanwhile, expect my trace will
be usefull. ¿Any ideas to continue tracing?
Juan Antonio
PS: for some extrange reasons, I'm not able to install vmware, so I can only get traces (if -any), with
qemu
