[fprint] FingerprintGUI -- next release for test and proof of concept

[Wolfgang Ullrich]

There is a version 0.1 of the FingerprintGUI project available for
testing at:

http://darkblue.homeip.net/fingerprint/index.html

The "fingerprintGUI" module and the "fingerprintIdentifier" module are
available now. A "fingerprintPAM" module will be the next and the
"fingerprintLogin" module will follow later. A snapshot of the sources
can be downloaded (fingerprintGUI-0.1.tar.gz). See "README" in there for
more information.

The executables are compiled against libqt4-gui, libfprint, libusb and
the proprietary drivers for UPECdevices "libbsapi.so" as well.
