[fprint] fprint_demo v0.4 released

This release adds identification support. Enroll all of your fingers, go 
to the identification tab, tick all the boxes. Then, scan any finger and 
the application will tell you which finger you scanned.

Does not work on upekts devices, as those do data processing in hardware 
and do not export an interface (that we know about) for identification.
