[fprint] Shuttle SN68PTG6 fingerprint scanner

I've recently purchased a Shuttle SN68PTG6, which has a built in
fingerprint scanner. USB ID is 1307:1171, which would suggest that
it's made by Transcend.

I've managed to get SnoopyPro to capture packets to/from the device
while using the Shuttle provided Windows drivers in Windows 2000 under
VMPlayer (it's less painful than actually installing Windows).

I'm now not quite sure how to decipher what I'm looking at, and was
wondering if anyone could help me fill in the blanks between USB
packet trace and fprint support. :)
