[fprint] Works on HP Compaq 6510b

Hi guys

First of all, thanks for the great job you do. And I can confirm that fprint
works fine under newest gentoo on a hp compaq 6510b.

But I still have one problem to solve and any help would be much
appreciated.  I could only enroll fingerprints when running as root.
But of course I rather want to enroll as a user. This must be simple but I
don't know how.
